Scope of work: 

• Added Gable to front of home to create a zero-entry covered porch to be easily accessed from the living areas of the home, and a wide stair-case with railings on both sides to allow for safe entry with assistance

• Expanded small doorways into large arched openings to accommodate ease of mobility in public areas of the home 

• Primary Bath conversion included removal of tub and installation of custom walk-in shower with bench, hand shower and grab bars for safe navigation 

• Tasteful integrated grab bars to facilitate easy use of toileting and travel areas also included in the bathroom, since tight spacing does not allow for assistive devices
