• Small cantilever addition to create closet space at rear entrance 

• New plaster & restoration of discovered original millwork

• Partial wall removal to expose chimney and create open site-lines from kitchen to dining/living spaces 

• Renovation of main bathroom

• Tear-down and re-building of front porch
