Scope of work: 

• Included Mediterranean styling to reflect client’s heritage 

• Reconfigured main living area to accommodate open living plan 

• Added large arched openings between kitchen/dining and living room areas. 

• Opened access to attached garage from the main home 

• Widened doorways 

• Renovated primary bathroom, removing tub and creating custom walk-in shower on main level 

• Expandable dining area to host family and friends 

• New flooring and new doors & trim throughout 

• Created a guest room with ensuite bath in the upper-level dormer 

• Added gable over front door to provide shelter for the main entrance and classic Grecian columns 

• Updated screen porch and installed patio door access to it
